RESERVATION

– Reservations can be made by phone or through the website. – Reservations are payable in advance by bank transfer or through the website platform.

The information we need at the booking stage is: Name and phone number – To be able to offer a suitable room if you have children, we also need to know their age. – If booking through the website platform, you also enter the bank details required for payment.

Cancellations: – If cancelled up to 5 days prior to the check-in date, a full refund will be given. – If cancelled within a shorter period, no refund will be given.

Payment methods: – Reservations are paid in advance by bank transfer or via the website. – On-site payment can be made in cash or by card.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation Policies: – Rooms do not have a private bathroom. There is a shared bathroom on the rooms floor and toilets on the other floors. – Check-in is after 14h, check-out is until 11h. – Pets are not allowed in the lodge, they are welcome outside.

– Smoking indoors is prohibited (in rooms and common areas). – We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. It is appropriate to make noise until 23:00 – 23:30 at the latest. – We have cots 60/120cm, for which there is no extra charge, but they must be requested in advance.

KITCHEN

No food or drinks are brought in (this applies to both alcohol and soft drinks), they are consumed on the premises.

OUT OF OFFICE

If you want to diversify your office environment, during weekdays we offer the service Remote office – remote work fresh in the mountains.

This service requires a reservation in advance and has a fee of 25BGN per person per day. The fee is payable in advance by bank transfer or via the platform on the website.

We have a WiFi network with a stable connection and fast speed, with a range of 100m around the hut, as well as outposts with sockets, couplers and extension cords so that electricity reaches every table. In the cold part of the year we keep the jobs in the lounge for eating, in the warmer ones it is very pleasant to work outside. Our capacity inside is 25 seats, outside we reserve up to 50 seats for work. While we can’t guarantee office ergonomics and comfort, you can enjoy fresh air and a change of scenery here. Additional suggestions:

For team visits we can offer organised meals (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Or if you want to diversify your working day, we can offer routes for short walks in the area of the hut or organize energizing team activities (we work with a partner and prior organization is required).
